Refund & Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription (Starter $14.99/mo or Pro $29.99/mo, and annual plans) at any time from the account's Billing page or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

A one-time, non-refundable $1.00 trial fee is charged at checkout and grants 7 days of full access to your selected plan. If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged the plan price. If you do not cancel, your plan begins and your payment method is charged the plan price when the trial ends, then on each renewal.

The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Because the paid trial lets you fully evaluate the service before the plan price is charged, fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be happy — if you were charged in error, or you cancel within 7 days of your first full plan charge and have not made substantial use of the service, contact us and we will review your request for a full or prorated refund in good faith.

• Go to Billing in your dashboard and open Manage / cancel plan, or
• Use the Stripe customer portal link provided there to cancel or switch plans.
